In order to obtain a visa application for Russia, our link will take you to russianembassy.org. Once there, you need to click on either "business visas" or "tourist visas." Then scroll down the page a couple of inches and click on "Visa Application for US citizens" in order to download the application.
For the Vietnam visa application: Please disregard the notation on the bottom of the application telling you to enclose a self-addressed, prepaid FedEx shipping label for mailing back your issued visa. This is not necessary. That is only for persons who are personally dropping off their documents at the Vietnam Consulate.
